How to target visitors by Cart Size (Shopify)
Find below a guide on how to customize your widget display options, so they would show up to your clients based on the number of items in their cart.
From your dashboard, get to the Widgets tab and choose the one you would like to edit. Hit the “Edit” button, situated on the right side of the screen, right across the widget name:
Choose the “Display options” tab:
In the “Rules” category, click the “Add a Rule” button and choose the “Target” Option from the drop-down menu:
Here you can choose whether you would like to include, or exclude a certain target group from seeing your widget:
Write a name for your new target group and hit “Create”:
Press “Add a Filter” button, and from the dropdown menu choose the “Cart Size” option:
Introduce the details of the target group. Here you have several options to regulate it by the Cart Size. You can target those who have more or less items in their cart than a certain number. You can also add several groups and use the and/or button to use all, or one of them. (It is also possible to add several filters to the same target category or delete any of them by pressing the bin button on the right side of the Filter):
Hit the “Save” button on the top right corner, and then “Close”:
You can change the target by adding or deleting the groups underneath the drop-down menu, and when you are ready, hit the “Save” button at the top right side of the page:
