Do you want to enable multiple users to edit/publish/review your widgets and/or website personalization campaigns? With the multi-user feature, you can add as many people as you like to your account.

To add a new user follow the next steps:

From your dashboard, click the gear icon at the to-right side of the screen and from the drop-down menu choose the Account option:


Go to the “Users” tab, here you can manage and edit the Personizely users for your account:


Here you can add/delete new users and choose/edit their Personizely role. If you would like to add a new user, click the blue “Add User” button:

Introduce all the necessary details for the new user, and click “Save”:

As an alternative, you can send someone an invitation. It works the same way as adding a new user, but it also sends them an email with a Personizely login link.

In the “Users” tab, click the “Invite User” button.

In the new window, write the email address of the person you would like to invite, and tick the box “Is admin” if you would like to give them administrative functions.

You can edit the user information by clicking the pencil button, or you can delete users by clicking the bucket button.

The User only has access to the dashboard, widgets, and personalizations
