How to target visitors by UTM parameters
If you are using UTM tags to track campaigns, you can use the same parameters to target widgets to website visitors coming from particular sources. For example, you can show a widget only to the visitors who have come to the site by clicking a link in your email newsletter or ads campaign.
On the widgets page, find the widget you want to change and click the pencil button to edit it:
Go to the "Display options" tab:
In the "Rules" section click "Add a Rule" button, and choose the "Target" options from the drop-down menu:
Click on "Create New Target", and in the new tab that opens write the target name:
Click on the "Add a filter" button and select "UTM Parameters":
Fill out the necessary fields:
Save the target:
You can change and delete targets under the "Target" drop-down menu, and don't forget to save your changes at the top-right corner of the page.
