How to target visitors by the device
Would you like to target visitors who visit your website using specifically one of mobile, tablet, or desktop devices? With Personizely, you can create widgets targeted specifically to certain devices.
On the widgets page, click on the pencil button to edit the widget:
In the “Rules” category, click the “Add a Rule” button and choose the “Target” Option from the drop-down menu:
Here you can choose whether you would like to include, or exclude a certain target group from seeing your widget:
Click on the “Create Target” button. Write the target name and click “Create”:
In the new window, click on "Add a Filter", and choose the "Device" option from the drop-down menu:
Select the list of desired devices from the dropdown:
You can add several devices and you can see them listed under the drop-down menu. To delete a device, just click on the X on the right side of the device name. Don't forget to save afterwards:
You can also edit your list of targets under the "Target" drop-down menu. Save your changes and you are done:
