How to target visitors by Cart Items (Shopify)
If you would like to learn how to set up your widgets to target customers that have a specific cart value on your webstore, follow the guide below.
On the widgets page, click on the pencil button to edit the widget:
In the “Rules” category, click the “Add a Rule” button and choose the “Target” Option from the drop-down menu:
Here you can choose whether you would like to include, or exclude a certain target group from seeing your widget:
Click on the “Create Target” button. Write the target name and click “Create”:
Press “Add a Filter” button and from the dropdown menu choose the “Cart Value” option:
Introduce the details of the target group. Here you have several options to regulate it by the cart items. You can also add several groups and use the and/or button to use all, or one of them. (It is also possible to add several filters to the same target category or delete any of them by pressing the bin button on the right side of the Filter). Next, click "Save":
After you hit the “Save” button, you will get a notification in the bottom right corner as confirmation, now you can close the target
You can change the target by adding or deleting the groups underneath the drop-down menu, and when you are ready, hit the “Save” button at the top right side of the page:
