How to send an alert on widget submit
If you want to send yourself an email alert when someone has made a submission to either of your forms, follow these steps.
On the widgets page, click on the pencil button to edit the widget:
Select "Edit in builder" to open the widget in the builder and edit the form element:
If there is already a subscription form present, click on the pencil to edit. Go to Interaction in the right sidebar menu, and click on "Add action" in the automation section:
Select action in Personizely. Action type - Send alert. Complete subject and email address fields and then press the "Add" button:
Don't forget to save your changes.
