How to add users to your Personizely account

Do you want to enable multiple users to edit/publish/review your widgets and/or website personalization campaigns? With the multi-user feature, you can add as many people as you like to your account.

To add a new user, follow the next steps:

Click the "Account" icon at the bottom left side of the Dashboard, and from the drop-down menu choose the "Account" option:

Select the Team tab. Here you can Invite, Add, and Delete users. If you would like to add a new user, click the “Add User” button:

Introduce all the necessary details for the new user, and click “Save”:

As an alternative, you can send someone an invitation. It works the same way as adding a new user, but it also sends them an email with a Personizely login link.

In the “Users” tab, click the “Invite User” button:

In the new window, write the email address of the person you would like to invite, and select the role "Admin" if you would like to give them administrative functions:

You can edit the user information by clicking the pencil button, or you can delete users by clicking the bucket button:

Only Admin users have access to Settings
The User only has access to the dashboard, widgets, and personalization
