Connect Personizely with Zoho
Follow the steps below to integrate your list building widget with MailChimp.
- From your Personizely Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations, where you'll see the list of available integrations. Locate Zoho and click the Connect button on the right:
- You will then be brought to a Zoho login screen. Enter your credentials and click the Sign In button:
- On the next screen, allow access to your Zoho account
- Once access is granted, you’ll be prompted to map the fields you'd like to sync between Personizely and Zoho. Select the appropriate fields (e.g., name, email, custom fields) and click Save.
- In the Widgets tab, choose the widget you want to connect to your Zoho list and click on the pencil icon to edit it:
- If there is already a subscription form present, click on the pencil icon to edit that element:
- Add an automated action:
- Select the Zoho list where you’d like new subscribers to be added and click Save.
Note: If you’d like to apply a Tag, you’ll need to add a separate automation. Click Add automation, choose Zoho > Add tag, and select one of the available tags from your Zoho account:
