Connect Personizely with SendGrid
Follow the steps below to integrate your list building widget with SendGrid.
From your Personizely Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations, where you'll see the list of available integrations. Locate Sendgrid and click the Connect button on the right.:
You will then be prompted to enter your API Key associated with Sendgrid:
To obtain it log into your SendGrid account. After logging into your account select the "Settings" tab from the left side of the screen. Then, select API Keys:
Select the blue button labeled "Create API Key" located at the top of the page:
On the resulting screen provide a name for your API Key and leave all settings to their defaults, then select the blue button labeled "Create & View":
After doing this you will be presented with your API Key. Copy this key and select the blue "Done" button underneath. You will then be returned to the main API Key screen:
Once you've obtained your SendGrid API Key, enter it into the prompt in Personizely and click "Connect":
Note: Now you need to choose which list you'd like new subscribers to join.
In the "Widgets" tab, choose the widget you want to connect to your SendGrid list and click on the pencil to edit it:
If there is already a Subscription form present, click on the pencil to edit it:
Add an automated action:
Select the list where you would like the information/emails to be pushed to SendGrid and then press the "Save" button:
Congratulations, you've now set up your SendGrid sync!
