# How to Manage Your White-Label (Agency) Account

Follow the steps below to set up and manage your Agency & White-Label account in Personizely.
## 1. Access the Agency Dashboard
From your Personizely Dashboard, click on your profile name in the bottom-left corner and select **Agency** from the menu.

This will open the Agency Dashboard, where you can configure white-label settings, manage subaccounts, slots and integrations.

## 2. Configure Agency Branding
Go to the **Settings** tab in the Agency section and select **Agency**.
Here you can set your **Brand Identity** and upload your **Brand Assets**:
* Brand Name
* Logo
* Logo on dark background
* Favicon 32×32
* Favicon 16×16

## 3. Configure DNS Settings
Go to the **DNS** tab.
Here you can set up the custom domain that your clients will use to log in to your white-label dashboard.
* Add your domain
* Copy the DNS records displayed (CNAME/TXT) and add them to your domain provider’s DNS settings
* Personizely will verify the records and activate the white-label domain

## 4. Manage Slots for Subaccounts
Go to the **Slots** tab to manage subscription plans for subaccounts.
Click **Add a slot**, set the monthly visitors and choose between **Essential** or **Premium**, then click **Create slot**.

| Essential includes basic A/B testing, widgets, surveys and upsell tools.
| Premium adds content, template and price A/B testing, personalization and advanced targeting.
## 5. Enable Integrations
In the **Integrations** tab, you can connect third-party services through OAuth.
For integrations that require OAuth:
1. Click **Enable** next to the desired service
2. Fill in the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** from your app on the third-party platform
3. Save the integration

## 6. Create Subaccounts
Once branding, DNS and at least one slot are set up, you can create subaccounts for clients.
1. In the **Accounts** tab, click **Create subaccount**
2. Fill in Company name, Domain, Email, Password
3. Select a Slot plan
4. Click **Create**

The subaccount will be provisioned under your white-label domain with the selected plan assigned.

|| Before creating a subaccount, make sure a card is attached as a payment method. A slot can only be assigned if a valid payment method is present on the Agency account.
|| If no card is on file, you will see the error: Cannot change the subscription as there is no valid card on file.

## 7. Manage and Scale
You can edit or delete slots and subaccounts at any time from the Agency Dashboard. This allows you to scale and manage multiple client accounts from one place.



You’ve successfully set up and learned how to manage your White-Label Agency account. From branding and DNS configuration to slot management and subaccount creation, you now have full control over how your clients experience Personizely under your brand.
